A subsidiary of the American multinational Stoller manufactures and markets agronutrients for all of Europe and North Africa

Alicante, 16 February 2018. Today marks 20 years since the American multinational group Stoller, founded in the early 70’s by Jerry Stoller, opened its subsidiary for all of Europe and North Africa in Alicante (Spain).

Stoller Europe was founded in 1998 and, throughout its 20 years of history, the company has grown, evolved and professionalized, but it was in 2009 when it experienced a real change and drive. After an initial decade in which the management of the project could not find its place in an already mature market and could barely consolidate its presence in the Spanish market, in 2009 the Stoller Group decided to bet on a new management team that proposed a totally different and more ambitious marketing strategy.

The result of applying an adequate marketing strategy, a correct brand positioning, differentiation in a mature market based on the company’s fundamental values, as well as an expansion plan in international markets, have made Stoller Europe a case of business success that treasures among its achievements having been a source of benefits to the Stoller Group since 2009, and having had a constant growth of more than 30% annually over the last nine years.

In 2018, Stoller Europe expects to bill 10 million euros. 40% of its turnover will already have its origin in 18 different countries: Portugal, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, England, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Moldova, Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia. The current growth of the company in these markets predicts that it will reach 20 million in billings by 2020 and, by then, exports will already represent more than 60% of the company’s total turnover.

Stoller Europe manufactures and markets agronutrients based on a high knowledge of Plant Physiology and its practical applications as a solution to many of the traditional problems that are found in crops, for both small growers and large agricultural producers.

From its origins, Stoller’s mission has been to add value to all the people involved in its activity through innovation and knowledge acquired as a result of research and experiences in almost all of the world’s crops.
