  • PURPOSES:

In case you send us an electronic mail or fill in our web query form, your personal data will be used to give answer to your query, and we will be able to maintain you informed with news and features of our company.

The sending of an electronic mail or a query form means the consent of the sender to the usage of this included data by us, unless otherwise is declared to us. Users may withdraw their consent to the processing of these data at any time by sending an email to the email address comunicacion@stoller.es .

We will not share your data with third parties with the exception of our email marketing services provider: Mailchimp. Your data may also be shared with “STOLLER” group companies and when we are under a legal obligation to do so.

 

  • DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS.

The legal basis for managing the relationship with the data subject is the express request for information when completing the information request form.

Everyone is entitled to obtain confirmation regarding whether the Owner is processing their personal data. Data subjects and their associates have the right to access their personal data, request correction of inaccurate data or to request their erasure when, among other reasons, the data are not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. In some circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, associates or data subjects may object to the processing of their information. STOLLER EUROPE will stop processing the personal data other than for unavoidable legitimate reasons or to defend itself from possible claims.

  • LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Privacy Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. STOLLER EUROPE and the Users submit themselves, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of Alicante.
