Stoller Europe manufacture and market a range of plant nutrition products and bio stimulants for all agricultural sectors, based on an extensive knowledge of plant physiology, and it’s practical applications, as a possible solution to a large number of well-known problems prevalent in modern day agriculture.
Stoller focuses mainly on maintaining the hormonal balance in the plant. This hormone balance largely determines how the available self-generated energy is distributed in the plant during the different growth phases. Many external factors influence this balance and impact on, mainly in a negative sense, the innate genetic potential of a plant during the growing season.
By converting this knowledge into applicable agronomic solutions, Stoller has developed patented techniques. These techniques have been used successfully in innovative products for more than 50 years. The solutions also fit perfectly into integrated management systems (IPM, ICM).
Many of the technologies have proven themselves in a wide range of crops, and in addition to this physiological knowledge the knowledge of local agronomy is just as important in order for the bespoke Stoller Plant solutions to be effective.
Stoller has invested in several local trials to demonstrate that the solutions also offer added value under local conditions and methods of growing different crop types.
In recent years, we have focused on several important crops for the UK market that, by further reducing dependence on pesticides and other chemicals due to legislative restrictions, will benefit from an integrated approach in which the Stoller solutions lead to added value.
